| You must be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all items are one-of-a-kind that are designed and built by Peter Rust Barton. You may return any pre-made item within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, a replacement, or a new item. Custom work, such as commissions cannot be returned, but are always completely guaranteed for workmanship. The materials and workmanship of any piece created by Peter Rust Barton are guaranteed for the lifetime of the original owner. Assuming a piece has not been abused, the item will either be repaired or replaced. Shipping or travel expenses are not included and will be covered by the customer. An investment in a piece by Peter Rust Barton is accompanied by a program that inspires confidence in the quality and value you receive. Every standard (non-commissioned or non-custom) item that retails for $500 or more comes with a Certificate of Value that assures the buyer that he or she may trade that piece at some time in the future for a new item. If the original piece has been owned for one year, and is in good condition, then 65% of the purchase price can be applied to the cost of the new item.
