(COMMISSIONED PIECES and HOURLY WORK)
All design work will be carried out by Peter Rust Barton (henceforth referred to as "me" or "I"). The original piece will also be constructed by me, but beyond the creation of one piece, I retain the option to out source additional duplicates to be built by the craftsman of my choice. Adherence to the quality and design will always be sustained.
Small Project (</=$500) - Hourly rates invoiced weekly.
Big
Project (> $500) -
Conceptual designs and meetings will
be invoiced weekly. When a concept is chosen, a contract is written,
upon which time a 25% down payment is due before commencement of final designs.
After final design approval, another 25% payment will be due before commencement of materials purchasing and construction.
